High-intensity LED curing system with expansion capabilities
CE Marked - Available Globally
Dymax®'s next-generation curing system, the BlueWave® MX-250, provides manufacturers with the curing flexibility of past systems but with new expansion capabilities. The unit is comprised of two main parts, a controller with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface and a uniquely designed, high-intensity LED emitter. The LED emitter provides better uniformity and more consistent curing-energy emissions than traditional flood-curing systems over a 50 mm x 50 mm curing area. Curing energy is created using a micro-processor-controlled LED chip set in the emitter. Multiple systems can be grouped together to create larger curing pattern matrixes as needed.
Dymax® light-curing flood lamps offer moderate- to high-intensity curing over a 5" x 5" (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm) or 8" x 8" (20.3 cm x 20.3 cm) area. Curing in 5-30 seconds is typical using Dymax® light-curable materials. These lamps are simple to operate and are available with or without shutters. Dymax® UV flood lamps can be used as bench-top curing systems or integrated into automated assembly systems. They offer the industry's most consistent intensity over the 2,000 hour bulb warranty.

The Dymax® 1200-EC focused beam UV light curing flood lamp delivers high intensity UV/Visible light for the rapid curing of UV adhesives, coatings, and inks. This flood lamp delivers broad-spectrum energy concentrated primarily in the UV-A range (320-390 nm wavelength) to achieve maximum cure depths and tack-free curing of a variety of formulations. The lamp is specifically designed for applications requiring high-intensity UV light concentrated in a narrow 1 in x 6 in beam. The 1200-EC lamp is available with or without shielding and can be used as bench-top curing system or easily integrated into a light-curing conveyor system.
The BlueWave® AX-550 V2.0 is a LED-light-curing system that combines a controller, emitter, and power supply into a compact and quiet design. It combines high intensity with high uniformity and a large curing area to maximize light delivery. Eliminating the need for a large, traditional-style controller, this unit has a greatly reduced footprint and is easily integrated into Dymax® conveyors and other machines or automated systems. The high-intensity emitters are detachable, and the system is field-upgradable so users can switch to another wavelength or upgrade to a more powerful emitter if desired. It is CE compliant for global installation and features programmable curing time and intensity settings. The flood cure system is best used for larger curing areas, yet the unit is compact and quiet.
High-Intensity LED Flood Curing System with Line Pattern Emitters

The BlueWave® MX-275 curing system is a high-intensity UV LED flood curing system. Light energy is delivered in a line pattern instead of the traditional rectangular flood curing patterns. A single BlueWave® MX-275 emitter provides a 5 mm x 50 mm curing area, but when paired with a multichannel controller, up to four emitters can be used to produce a curing area as large as 5 mm x 200 mm.
