Industrial plastic bonding adhesives cure in seconds upon UV/Visible or LED light exposure. These no solvents added, one-component plastic bonders require no mixing and quickly form strong bonds, enabling high-speed production and increased throughput. Dymax® 3094-T-REV-A plastic bonding adhesive cures with high-intensity UV/Visible light in seconds for “on-demand” rapid bonding and sealing of a variety of plastics. The product adheres well to polycarbonate (PC), polyurethane (PU), polystyrene (PS), and even liquid-crystal polymer (LCP). The adhesive is thixotropic and jet-friendly for easy dispensing. 3094-T-REV-A also features low shrinkage and stress. Typical applications include plastic and household appliance assembly, as well as compact camera module (CCM) assembly.

Dymax® materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs.
