COMPANY HEADER
Industrial glass bonding adhesives cure rapidly with UV/Visible light, heat, or activator to form high-strength bonds to various substrates including soft, borosilicate, UV-blocked, and tinted glass. They even bond to lead crystal, steel, plated metals, and thermoset plastics. These optically clear glass bonders exhibit good thermal cycling performance and are suitable for architectural, figurine, furniture, stemware, and novelty assembly.

  • UV/Visible broad-spectrum or LED light cure
  • Secondary heat or activator cure for UV-blocked and tinted glass
  • High temperature
  • Non-yellowing
  • One-component, no mixing
  • No solvents added

4-20418-GEL glass bonding adhesive cures with UV/Visible light in seconds and is also LED curable at 385 nm wavelength. The product is designed for rapid bonding and laminating to glass, metal, and a variety of plastics. Bonds resist yellowing in the sun and have good performance in thermal cycling.

The adhesive has no solvents added, dispenses easily, and cures quickly for precise quantity and placement of adhesive. 4-20418-GEL features good impact and shock resistance and adheres well to ABS and PMMA, as well as glass substrates.

Dymax® materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax® lamps offer the ideal balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
N/A Optically Clear Glass Bonding Adhesive for Large Areas

Dymax® 429-GEL adhesive cures with UV light in seconds for fast assembly of glass and metal substrates. The material features good optical clarity and is ideal for applications where a flexible glass bonding adhesive is required. The product is engineered for large-area, high-impact applications and is an excellent choice for bonding, sealing, and potting. 429-GEL features a viscosity of 20,000 cP and resists yellowing, vibration, and impact, as well as thermal shock.
