SpeedMask® maskants have no solvents added and are designed to protect metal components prior to surface finishing processes. The masks are applied in one layer and cure in seconds "on-demand" when exposed to UV/Visible light. They are designed to protect components from harsh grit blasting, acid stripping, laser drilling, and chemical processing. Many maskants feature bright colors to enable easy visual placement onto substrates. After proper cure, the materials also leave no silicone, ionic contamination, or corrosive residues behind. Recommended surfaces include nickel superalloys, high-temperature steel, titanium, cobalt, and stainless steel.

N/A Automotive Anti-Corrosion Protective Resin

7502 protective resin cures with UV/Visible light in seconds to shield crucial under-the-hood-aluminum functional and structural components. It demonstrates excellent corrosion protection and resistance to many automotive fluids including motor oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and IPA. The material offers surface protection from moisture and salt, showing no signs of corrosion during ASTM B117 Salt Spray Corrosion testing. 7502 features high adhesion and the ability to apply by spray or dip methods and cure on-demand in seconds. This product is a permanent protective resin and is not intended for removal and is recommended for surfaces such as aluminum and aluminum alloys.
